  There is something very satisfying about whittling a block of wood into a shapely utensil.  Yep... I'll go as far as to say its actually therapeutic. No matter what time of year, this workshop is bound to be a tranquil and enjoyable pastime that may set you on a path for future wood carving projects.  I've done this workshop seated around the woodstove during winter or outside in the shade with a campfire or listening to the breeze pass through the leaves of the massive Cottonwood trees behind the studio.

No previous wood carving experience is needed. Gloves are a must!
